Office Administrator
Ms. Michelle began at ADA in 2022 as dance mom to her daughters, Katie and Ava. When it was time from a break from her vocation as a teacher, she turned to her other skill sets and applied them to where she is almost every day anyway, serving the ADA Dance Family as the new office manager. She looks forward to answering questions, guiding parents and dancers, signing up new students, helping with registration, and fitting dance shoes and all the other administrative tasks that free Ms. Brynn and Ms. Kristen to teach, choreograph, and keep ADA running.
Ms. Michelle holds Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Elementary Education and History from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. In addition to her education background, she has customer service experience as a customer care representative for a long term care pharmacy and as a receptionist for a hair salon.
Ms. Michelle was never much of a dancer herself, only taking sporadic recreational classes as a child, but learned the supportive role of dance mom when her daughters each began to dance at age two. Katie and Ava each started dancing at Roswell Recreation and moved to Tolbert Yilmaz School of Dance at age 3. Our family moved to Nashville, TN in 2019, where they discovered a love for competition dance with Elite Dance Arts & Music. We are so fortunate to have found Arseneau Dance Academy upon relocating to Cumming. Through her daughters’ dance journey, Ms. Michelle learned how to do hair and stage makeup, pack a duffel bag, stone costumes (helping Prep Jazz win a Best Costume Award last season), and all the interesting ways dance competitions are adjudicated.
